Make a Financial Donation

Thank you for your interest in making a financial donation to the Manna Food Bank.

Manna is a registered charity and financial donations are tax-deductable. Electronic receipts are available for donations by cheque if an e-mail address is provided.

There are several ways you can donate.

Option 1: CanadaHelps

The Manna Food Bank gratefully accepts donations online or by cheque. You can make a donation through CanadaHelps, a secure website for making online donations to Canadian charities. Just click the links to get started. Or you can navigate to their sites and put “Manna Food Bank of Bracebridge” into the search.

You can donate as little as $5/month, and you can cancel at any time. Monthly donations are a convenient way to contribute on an ongoing basis, and it helps us stabilize our cashflow and make it more predictable throughout the year.

Option 2: e-transfer

To e-transfer – using Interac e-transfer:
This is a simple, convenient and secure way to send and receive money from one bank to another. No personal banking information is shared.

Using your on-line banking Interac e-transfer service, set up Manna Food Bank of Bracebridge as a recipient by adding this gmail address: treasurermanna@gmail.com . When you have selected an amount to donate by e-transfer add your name and e-mail address in the comments section and a receipt for income tax purposes will be forwarded to you.
** It is important that you indicate your name and email address in the comments section of your bank’s e-transfer service so we can send you the donation receipt **.

Option 3: Mail a Cheque or Option 4: Drop off a Cheque

You can send cheques addressed to Manna Food Bank, Box 462, Bracebridge, ON, P1L 1T8.

You can drop your cheque off at the food bank, located at the Mini Mall Storage Properties, 345 Ecclestone Drive, Unit 45 (the old Dura Building), in Bracebridge. Manna is open Tuesdays and Fridays, 1 to 4 p.m.

Option 5: Coin Boxes Around Town

Spare some change? Coinboxes are located at many Bracebridge businesses. Please give generously.

Charitable receipts are available for monetary donations. (Coin boxes excepted). Electronic receipts are available for donations by cheque or e-transfer if an e-mail address is provided.
