Do you have a few hours to spare to help the Muskoka Oldtimers and the Manna Food Bank on Tuesday evening, October 2nd?

We are looking for some help at the Bracebridge Fairgrounds to help unpack and sort the non-perishable food donations collected from Bracebridge residents that evening.

The commitment would be from about 6pm to 9:30pm, working alongside dozens of others from across the community. Donation-laden vehicles roll through the big door, and the volunteers empty them, sort the food and place them in the appropriate bins for storage. It’s relaxed, fun and collegial, and you get that nice feeling of knowing you’re being a big help.

For more information and/or to sign up, please contact us at info@mannafoodbank.ca

The Oldtimers Fall Food Drive for Manna is an annual event in which volunteers sweep through Bracebridge collecting non-perishable donations from the Town’s residents. The event has been organized by the Muskoka Oldtimers Hockey Club with widespread support from across the community for 27 years now. This is Manna’s biggest foodraiser of the year. A big thank you to you all! We appreciate everyone’s support!
