Ways to Donate
Option 1: E-Transfer via Interac
A simple, secure way to donate directly from your online banking, no personal banking details are shared.
Recipient Email: treasurermanna@gmail.com
Get a Tax Receipt: In the Message/Comments box of your e-transfer, please include your Full Name and Email Address.
Option 2: Mail a Cheque
Send cheques addressed to Manna Food Bank to 1-227 Wellington Street, Bracebridge, ON, P1L 1C1
Option 3: Drop Off a Cheque
Drop your cheque off at the food bank (Monday–Friday 9am–5pm), located at 1-227 Wellington Street, Bracebridge (behind Fabricare).
Option 4: Publicly Traded Securities
Please complete the authorization form to facilitate a timely transfer. The date of your donation will be the date the securities are deposited into our RBC Dominion Securities account. The securities will be valued using the price at the close of trading the previous day — this will be the amount used for the charitable receipt. Steps:
1) Complete the form
2) Provide a copy to your investment advisor/delivering institution
3) Provide a copy to Manna Food Bank of Bracebridge, Inc.
Option 5: CanadaHelps
Manna Food Bank gratefully accepts donations online through CanadaHelps, a secure website for making online donations to Canadian charities. You can contribute one time or set up automatic monthly contributions starting as little as $5/month — cancel any time. Monthly donations help us stabilize our cashflow throughout the year.
Food Donation Drop Boxes
Food donation drop boxes are available at these Bracebridge locations:
- Your Independent Grocer
- Food Basics
Food items can also be dropped off at the food bank Monday–Friday 9–5pm. Please avoid client visit times (Tuesday 11–6 & Friday 11–4). Please ensure any food donated has a current best before date.

Personal, Corporate & Community Donations
We are extremely grateful to the many individuals, businesses and not-for-profit groups that regularly support Manna. We gratefully accept monetary donations and donations of non-expired, unopened, non-perishable food items. We regret that we are unable to accept home-made food items due to health regulations.
