Manna Food Bank is a community-driven charity, relying mostly on the generous support of local individuals and businesses. Your contribution can make a real difference—here’s how you can help!
Manna is a registered charity and financial donations are tax-deductable. Electronic receipts are available for donations by cheque if an e-mail address is provided.
Option 1: e-transfer
To e-transfer – using Interac e-transfer:
This is a simple, convenient and secure way to send and receive money from one bank to another. No personal banking information is shared.
Using your on-line banking Interac e-transfer service, set up Manna Food Bank of Bracebridge as a recipient by adding this gmail address: treasurermanna@gmail.com When you have selected an amount to donate by e-transfer add your name and e-mail address in the comments section and a receipt for income tax purposes will be forwarded to you.
Option 2: Mail a Cheque
You can also send cheques addressed to Manna Food Bank to 1-227 Wellington Street, Bracebridge, ON, P1L 1C1
Option 3: Drop off a Cheque
You can drop your cheque off at the food bank (Monday-Friday 9-5pm), located at 1-227 Wellington Street, Bracebridge (behind Fabricare)
OPTION 4: PublicTraded Securities
Please complete this form for use as authorization to facilitate a timely transfer. Transfer requests that do not contain the information requested herein may result in delayed deliveries. The date of your donation will be the date the securities are deposited into our RBC Dominion Securities account. The securities will be valued using the price at the close of trading the previous day. This will be the amount used for the charitable receipt.

Option 5: CanadaHelps
The Manna Food Bank gratefully accepts donations online. You can send a donation through CanadaHelps (here's a link!), a secure website for making online donations to Canadian charities.
When you donate through CanadaHelps, you can contribute one time, or you can set your account to automatically contribute to Manna monthly. You can donate as little as $5/month, and you can cancel at any time.

Personal, Corporate & Community Donations

We are extremely grateful to the many individuals, businesses and not-for-profit groups that regularly support Manna. We gratefully accept monetary donations and donations of non-expired, unopened, non perishable food items. We regret that we are unable to accept home-made food items due to health regulations.
If you have a non-food donation, please consider the following:

- The Habitat for Humanity’s Bracebridge ReStore at 505 Muskoka Road 118 W - Habitat gratefully accepts furniture , clothing and other home-related items. You can email the store: bbrestore@habitatgatewaynorth.com or phone 705-646-0106

Your Independent Grocer, Food Basics, and the Town of Bracebridge Offices, in the Reception Area, 1000 Taylor Court.
The food items could also be dropped off at the food bank - Monday - Friday 9-5pm. Please avoid the times that we are open for our clients visits (Tuesday 11-6 & Friday 11-4). Please ensure any food donated has a best before (expiry) date that is current.
